Everything we store is held in EU-based data centres and handled in line with GDPR. The AI that powers your replies runs on enterprise providers under strict data agreements. Your content is used only to generate your replies, never to train AI models, and never sold or shared.
We request the minimum permissions required to do the job and nothing more. Neuroglow handles the messages it is meant to handle and stays out of everything else.
All data is protected with industry-standard encryption, both while moving and while stored. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.
You can ask us to permanently delete your data at any point and we remove it completely. Your right to be forgotten is built in, not bolted on.
